Holy Name Health Ministry promotes health and wholeness of body, mind, and spirit to the faith community of the parish and the community at large.  Included in Health Ministry activities are:

	Health Education and Health Promotion offerings
	Health Screenings
	Flu shot clinic
	Phone support and home visits for those who have been ill or hospitalized
	Health-related referrals
